In the late 1990’s, my wife and I were early real estate investors and would purchase several properties and land parcels per year. In 2005, we knew there was a way to improve the buyer and seller experience based off of our past experiences in buying and selling properties and land parcels. This is how Priebe Real Estate Group started.
In the beginning, we knew to focus on being extremely transparent in the process, helping our clients understand the real estate market and trends along with treating our clients so good that they would become a “Legacy Client”. What is a “Legacy Client”? A “Legacy Client” is a client that has had such a great experience with us that they continue to do business with us, refer us to their family, friends and kids and are our brand ambassadors.
Today’s real estate market is complex – consumers are highly educated and exposed to loads of information whether true or not and we help eliminate the “White Noise”. This is the information that is not correct. To be successful in today’s real estate market you need a professional, like myself, that understands the area, real estate laws, market analysis, market trends, the current snapshot of the real estate industry and most importantly – how to negotiate a buy side or sell side real estate sale. A great REALTOR can spell the difference between a smooth transaction and an unsuccessful one.

When we had questions or homes we were interested in, he was quick to respond and to get us the answers we needed (even if that meant going to city hall to find the answers to questions about a property). After our offer was accepted on the house, Todd continued to keep in touch with us and made sure the process kept moving forward in a timely and smooth manner.
